The Skin Remover is an item that allows the player remove a skin that is applied to any tool they currently hold in their inventory. It only has one use.
Obtaining
NPC
Billy the Shopkeeper sells a Skin Remover for only 16 Iron Ingots over at /spawn
Advent Calendar
The Advent Calendar provides a chance for the player to earn multiple Skin Remover items throughout the first 24 days of December.
Crafting
A Skin Remover can be crafted with the use of a Crafting Table, for which two Iron Ingots, two Blue Dye and one Orange Dye is required.
Usage
Smithing Table
The Skin Remover can be used to strip any skinned tool from its skin using a Smithing Table, resulting in the tool being returned to the player without the skin, and the skin kit item separately. If the tool is Strange, the stats will carry over to the stripped tool.
