Gamemodes
Craftware:
Craftware is a gamemode created by SlippySlope introduced to the server in 2023. The game mode involves playing against other players competing in a series of fast paced mini games varying from parkour, Simon says, breaking or placing blocks and more. At the end of each round the players go into a random Boss level which they are aiming to complete while beating their competition.
How to play:
- Either access Craftware via the Hub or by using /warp Craftware.
- Right click the green block to join the contestants. Player's IGN should appear on the contestants board.
- Once all players have completed steps 1 & 2 the blue block with 'Start Game' can be pressed by any contestant to start the game.
- Happy playing.
Players can leave at the end of the round when the red blocks stating 'Leave Game' appear. Alternatively /craftwareleave can be typed in the chat for the same effect.
Craftware points:
The player can earn points though participating in Craftware which can be used to redeem permanent items/perks in the survival world. For every mini game successfully completed the player earns 1 Craftware point. If the player completes a boss level they earn 5 Craftware points and if they manage to get 1st place in the boss round they earn an extra point.
Currently there are several items available in the rewards pool for Craftware points: Bag of Sherds, Fart in a Bottle, The Sonic Spring, The Travel Medallion, The Hookshot and Strange Universal Tracking Device.
New rewards are added to the Craftware rewards pool intermittently so it is always worth collecting points.
Practice mode:
Added in (MONTH) 2023 practice mode was introduced to allow players to gain mastery in the boss levels through practice. In this mode players are not competing with anyone therefore no points are earned for completing any levels.
Spectate mode:
Players can also choose to spectate games. Spectate mode allows spectators a unique view point of the mini games more beneficial for viewing.
Players can access spectator mode through the Craftware lobby.
Trivia:
- The gamemode was inspired by the Warioware franchise minigames and influences can be seen through its music and fast paced style.
- There are over XX different mini games in Craftware.
